In a previous post, I mentioned the concerns associated with a federal vaccine mandate even suggesting it would be better for the government if they declined to issue a firm mandate. Today, these concerns are showing up in the form of massive meeting requests from industry leaders hoping to clarify the pending mandate. The confusion surrounding this new rule is not abating. I anticipate the groups are debating reasonable accommodations, enforcement, and even the constitutionality of the rule. We'll see where this leads.
