Pilcher Law Firm is seeking an energetic, self-starter with 0-3 years of professional legal experience. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Microsoft Office software, computer-based case management software, Westlaw legal research, and public legal research options like the South Dakota Legislative Research Council, the Unified Judicial System, and the LII / Legal Information Institute.

Caseload will include state divorce, paternity, custody modification, visitation modification, spousal support, child support, adoption, protection orders, and guardianship. 

​

Compensation will be competitive and determined on experience. Willing to offer a salaried package, or a percentage of production compensation model. Partnership track negotiable. 

​

Requirements: Licensed to practice law by the South Dakota Supreme Court.
